Hi mhsadmin, Sadly the free upgrade period expired in January. If your version of Windows 8 was purchased separately to your PC Retail version then you can still upgrade fro free to Windows 10, if it came pre-installed on the PC OEM version then sorry, you cannot upgrade for free anymore.
